Replacement Policy

We at S. S. Footwear Industries understand this concern perfectly and try to resolve your matter as soon as we can. Missing a mark in customers’ expectations is even greater grief for us and therefore, we offer a complete return and exchange policy for up to 7 days. 

In case of damaged goods or dissatisfaction with size, color, or any other reason, we provide a complete hassle-free return and exchange service which can be availed to replace the merchandise. The product should be unworn and in its absolute original condition with intact packaging in order to be entitled to an exchange. 

You are requested to raise your return request within 7 days of the delivery date which is our standard return and exchange request time. Request made later than 7 days would not be considered for a replacement. Our team will confirm your return order after assessing the delivered goods and the reason for the exchange described by you.
